It is a bit pricey, but she covers lots of ground in cake decorating from icing a cake to piping to making a sugar vase for a cake topper. Having been a student of Chef Toba and other instructors, Chef Toba is the best hands down! She is a true artist and perfectionist. This book documents her winning techniques! |
