Standard cake is vanilla sponge with jam & cream filling Other flavour choices include lemon, chocolate, coffee, maderia, carrot and extra moist chocolate. Also available as mixed fruit though this will require extra notice.    Any miniture welsh dolls for cake toppers? Anything welsh (non-edible)?
